Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy on most equipment and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio setup. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or use the guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals and cables, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
