The Kooks: Konk Vinyl LP
Konk is the 2nd album from Brighton's The Kooks, and it follows up the group's popular debut, Inside In/Inside Out. Named after the studio (owned by The Kinks' Ray Davies) the tracks were recorded at, Luke Pritchard & gang present a more polished effort, once again taking style cues from classic Brit-pop/rock and writing fun, energetic, and accessible songs. Konk is also the last album to feature founding member Max Rafferty, who would leave the before the release of the LP. Back on vinyl for the first time since original drop, check out "Always Where I Need to Be," "Sway," "Shine On," "Mr. Maker," and "Do You Wanna."
