"After a 10 year absence from the market, the most iconic DJ turntable is available again. For those familiar with previous models, the MK7 feels and performs very similarly. The main upgrade occurs down the center with a new, more precise direct drive motor and a more heavily-dampened platter (for less distortion). Removable cables, wider pitch adjustment, and 78rpm are also great functional upgrades. You'll be glad to know that Technics did not cut corners here, all the details that made this turntable a classic (the adjustable tonearm, quality headshell, high-quality painted finish, adjustable height feet, smooth pitch control) are all still there." - TTL
