Silversun Pickups: Carnavas Vinyl 2LP
Debut album from Silversun Pickups repressed!Ā 2006's CarnavasĀ is the Los-Angeles-based band's first proper full length and introduced the world to their unique brandĀ of uber-catchy, hazy/grungy indieĀ rock. The album follows up the 2005 EP Pikul and contains some of their mostĀ loved material including the hit "Lazy Eye" (which gamers might recognize from Rock Band 2/Guitar Hero World Tour/Forza Horizon), "Well Thought Out Twinkles" (as featured on Tony Hawk's Proving Ground), "Little Lover's So Polite" (from Jennifer's Body) and "Rusted Wheel". A bit of trivia for Silversun PickupsĀ fans - the title is actually a homage toĀ lead guitarist/vocalist Brian Aubert's Greek heritage. 2015 double vinyl repress, houseĀ in gatefold sleeve with digital download included.
