Rahaan: Rahaan Edits Vol.3 12"

Rahaan: Rahaan Edits Vol.3 12"

Chi-town's DJ Rahaan digs deep into his vinyl vaults for 3 supremely soulful edits on Kat. For starters, he takes Jackie Beavers' rare 45 "Mr. Bump Man" and gives it an extended 12" treatment. You might've heard this recently edited on Theo's Ugly Edits 11, but I actually prefer Rahaan's version that's way less loopy and let's the raw soul fully shine. You also get an alternate version of William DeVaughn's classic "Be Thankful" that's a bit more lively than the original (not sure who the artist is on this), and "So Good" that rounds out the 12" on a feel good jazz-funk tip.
