Another piece of Motor City dance music history gets the reissue treatment, this time by way of Polartronic's sought-after anthem "The Deep." For those unfamiliar, Polartronics is the alias for legendary DJ/Producer Terrence Parker who released this gem back in 1993 on KMS offshoot Trance Fusion. The track totally lives up to its name with a hypnotic bass/kalimba melody and driving percussion, all topped off with spoken word vocals and pads as deep as the ocean. The flipside features an even deeper instrumental mix with a seemingly endless groove that can go on and on and on. Classic material complete with a fresh 2015 remaster.
