More heat from Omar-S. The Detroit producer once again drops nothing but quality, with no signs of slowing down at allĀ (basically dude is reliable AF when it comes to the sounds). For the 4th release in his Side Trakx series, Alex O. SmithĀ lets us in on the less dancefloor focused output, and this volumeĀ in particular isĀ a real treat. The title track "The Lost Albatross" is a smooth ride through the sounds of 80's drum machines and glossy synths that'll keep you gliding on the vibe. Worth it for this one alone, but you are also treated to the brilliant ambient soundscape of "XSE" and the bumping beats of "Tgiomde." Pressed up on teal colored vinyl, recommended.
