Nick Waterhouse: Don't You Forget It (Allah-Las Split) 8"
That isn't a typo in the title. This is indeed an 8" record (not 7", not 10") as it is part of Innovative Leisure's limited INNOV8 series. Cali-based musican/producer Nick Waterhouse is recruited for this one, and gives us a taste from his upcoming full length Times All Gone with "Don't You Forget It". Nick says, "I had a mixtape of a couple of songs that Pedrum (of the Allah-Las) had handed to me. He had a song on there called "Don't You Forget It" and I used the lyrics from his song in the music bed of a song that I was composing." Along with Nick's version, you also get the completely different Allah-Las version on the flip.
