Kon & Reflex: Split (MJ Edits) Vinyl 12"
Heat alert! Kon x MJ is an insta-cop. Lab favorite Kon really outdid himself on the latest Star Time entry. The veteran Boston DJ/digger teams up with Reflex to tackle two of the King Of Pop's biggest anthems, and the duo come through with aces. Check Kon's revved up version of MJ's disco burner "Get On The Floor" (cheekily titled "Get Kon The Floor") that features extra breaks, unheard vocal bits, and an insane EQ job that makes the track really pop. Seriously, the track has never sounded better. Drop this and watch the party go off. On the flip, "PYT" gets a similar treatment, complete with call and response "Na, Na, Na" breakdown. Very necessary! Recommended.
