Jerry Garcia: Garcia (180g, Colored Vinyl) Vinyl LP

Debut solo outing from the Dead's Jerry Garcia. Garcia was originally recorded in 1971 around the same time that Bob Weir recorded Ace and Mickey Hart went to work on Rolling Thunder. However, where those two albums featured members of the Dead, Garcia was largely a solo effort. The album features a wide range of material, from straight ahead blues rock to more avant-garde material. There's a lot on offer from Garcia who crafted an album that was able to please Deadheads along with fans of the singer-songwriter movement of the early 1970s. Ten tracks in all. Released by Round Records on 180 gram sky blue vinyl housed in a full color sleeve with a digital download.
