Edition Spéciale: Monsieur Business (Aroop Roy Rework) Vinyl 7"
Lifted directly from Edition Speciale's 1976 album Allee Des Tilleuls, here is "Monsieur Business." Although most of the band's debut record focused on prog / jazz-rock, this particular cut was a jazz-funk obscurity, heavy on synths and groovy rhythms. So good, and flip the record over for Aroop Roy's rework, which fortifies (although it is FINE in original form) the track with dancefloor-aimed beats and low-end work. This is a no brainer!
