75th anniversary Blue Note pressing! Celebrated Jazz vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson's third album for Blue Note Records is comprised of two sides with Hutcherson taking side one for all compositions and side two was written by Joe Chambers. Both sides offer their appeal for the Jazz listener but have clearly different styles with Hutcherson offering a Hard Bop feel and Chambers delivering a tasty side of somewhat spiritual / avant compositions. A fantastic piece for the collection, especially the anniversary pressing.
