3rd studio album from Basement. After the release of 2012's Colourmeinkindness, the British band went on a hiatus (due to personal commitments and such…). Promise Everything comes almost five years after, and the 10-tracker is characterized by the group's keen mastery of catchy, very melodic rock. It should be noted that the members of the band were scattered around the globe during the recording phase, but they are able to present a surprisingly cohesive full-length that "feels like a conversation between different people, revealing different moods and feelings throughout."
