Nice deadstock score of this 2005 single featuring a remix by Quantic (We moved a bunch of these when it first came out).Ā The original version of "Bababatteur" comes in both English and French versions and features very notable afrobeat musicians and ex-Fela players Tony Allen (drums) and Dele Sosimi (keys), plus vocalist Barbara Snow who has been a fixture on the UK music scene since the mid-eighties. Per the usual, Quantic delivers a crisp remix, also in both language versions. Recommended.
