Andres: Believin' Vinyl 12"
Detroit is in the building! It's been a minute, butĀ Andres finally returns with more of that Motor City good-good. Believin' breaks the three year silence since the last La Vida entry (2012's Second Time Around), and hooks up another soulful and eclectic set of dancefloor-ready tracks that only Andres can provide.Ā Check theĀ title track the flips and chops vintage soul for theĀ modern dancefloor with good feelingsĀ all around. "Jungle Pain" comes next and is signature Andres smoothness on theĀ smokey after hours tip. Gotta love the vibeĀ here, easily my favorite off the record. Finally, "Can't Shake It" rounds out the 12" with some distinctly jazzy Detroit house styles and a sneaky Bell Biv Devoe sample that just puts it over the top. Recommended.
